Our Programs

 The  ECA supports the advancement of the Niles Township Community (Skokie, Lincolnwood, Golf and part of Morton Grove, Niles and  Glenview), by aligning systems and creating better access to resources.  We are working to ensure equitable access to early childhood information, resources and programs – and access to the languages most spoken by families is a priority.   We believe in the power of grassroots outreach and collective impact centered in equity.
